3 panel sympathy card

This card design can be used for so many kinds of cards. For this card I used Happy Forest Friends for a sympathy card.

Card Base: Cut Sahara Sand 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Mossy Meadow paper 4 X 5 ¼. Cut Sahara Sand 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach the Sahara Sand mat to the Mossy Meadow mat. Cut a strip of Mossy Meadow ½ X 5 ¼. Attach this strip 1” from top of Mossy Meadow mat across the Sahara Sand & Mossy Meadow piece. Attach the Mossy Meadow/Sahara Sand mat to the Sahara Sand card base.

Card Front: Cut three pieces of Mossy Meadow 1 ⅛ X 3 ⅛. Cut three pieces of Happy Forest Friends leaf print paper 1 X 3. Attach each piece of print paper to a piece of Mossy Meadow. Attach the three panels to the card front with Stampin’ dimensionals.

Die cut the largest wide banner piece from Layering Designs vellum papers. Die cut the smaller wide banner from Basic White. Stamp sentiment with Mossy Meadow ink on the white banner piece. Attach the white banner piece to the vellum banner. Attach both banners to the panels on the card front. Add three Rustic Metallic Adhesive back dots to the card front.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
