All For Baby

The dies in the All For Baby bundle are just what you need to make ADORABLE baby cards. Just think of all those paper scraps you could use on this card front.

Card Base: Cut Pale Papaya 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Front: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 1/4

Use the Baby Clothes dies to cut 3 baby clothing items, I used scraps of paper from the Hand-Penned paper pack. Attach adhesive sheet to scrap of Soft Suede and die cut 6 clothespins.

Cut 6” of linen thread. Poke a hole ¾’ in from each top corner of the Basic White card front. I used the Take Your Pick tool to make the holes in the card front. Insert the linen thread in each hole and pull the thread to the back. I taped one end on the back of the card and then adjusted the linen thread to get it where I wanted it. Then tape the other end of the linen thread to the back of the card front. Attach card front to the card base.

Attach the baby clothing items to the clothesline with a glue dot at the back of the shoulder of each clothing item. Peel the adhesive sheet from the back of the clothespins and attach clothespins to the card front over the should of each clothing item.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
