Argyle Birthday Greetings

I needed some masculine birthday cards, this is an easy card to make. The Country Club designer series paper pack has gold designs on one side with plaids and argyle print on the on the other side. It is the perfect paper when you need masculine cards.

Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic Gray paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut Country Club designer series paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8

Attach Country Club print paper to Basic Gray mat. Attach these to navy card base.

Stamp Happy Birthday with Night of Navy ink on Whisper White paper. Punch out sentiment with Tailored Tag punch. Punch another tag from Basic Gray. Cut this tag in half, see picture. Attach half of gray tag behind white tag at top and half of gray tag behind white tag at bottom.

Attach this tag to card front. Attach navy Happiness Blooms enamel shape to each end of white tag.

That's it; you have finished your card front. Wasn't that easy? Cut a piece of 4 X 5 1/4 Whisper White paper to stamp a sentiment for inside of your card or to write a note in your card. Attach this white piece inside your card.
