Back on Your Feet in Granny Apple Green
This is a great card to send someone who needs to get back on their feet. The background paper is from Flowering Foils, a choice from the Sale-a-bration, can be colored to match whatever color you want.
Card Base: Cut Granny Apple Green 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Copper foil paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Flowering Foils grid paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
Color grid paper with Granny Apple Green. You can do this by pulling the ink pad across the paper, use a sponge brayer, or color with a Blends.
Attach colored grid paper to copper foil mat. Attach this to Granny Apple Green card base.
Stamp turtle image on white paper with Saddle Brown Stazon ink. Punch out stamped image with 2 1/4" circle punch.
Die cut open circle from Painted Labels die from copper foil.
Attach copper foil circle to card front. Attach punched turtle circle with dimensionals.
That's it; you have finished your card front. Wasn't that easy? Cut a piece of 4 X 5 1/4 Whisper White paper to stamp a sentiment for inside of your card or to write a note in your card. Attach this white piece inside your card.
