Best Catch
This is a card that would make a great Father’s Day card or a birthday card. Look closely at the fish, I stamped on print paper so I didn’t need to do any coloring.
Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut paper from See A Silhouette paper pack 4 X 5 1/4. Attach card front to card base.
Stamp fish on See A Silhouette paper and die cut.
Die cut fish net from burlap paper in Pressed Petals papery pack.
Die cut from white paper a Nested Label that will fit the net, fish, & sentiment at bottom. I used a dauber to add navy ink around label, but that is a personal choice.
Stamp sentiment in Night of Navy ink at bottom of white label. Attach label to card front.
Attach fish net to white label. Attach fish over label with with dimensionals.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
