Birthday in gold foil
This card is even more stunning than the picture can show. The gold foil, the jewels, the pretty paper all come together to make a special birthday card.
Card Base: Cut Pretty Peacock 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Forever Greenery paper 2 1/4 X 5 ¼
Attach Forever Greenery strip in center of the Whisper White card mat. Attach this to the card front. Attach gold rectangular piece from Gold Laser Cut Speciality paper to card front centering over strip of Forever Greenery paper.
Cut Whisper White 1 ½ X 2 ¼. Stamp sentiment with Pretty Peacock ink on this White piece. Attach stamped piece to gold foil piece with dimensionals.
Attach jewels from Holiday Rhinestones to card front.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
