Book Fold with Painted Christmas
The book fold is an interesting and easy fun fold.
Card Base: Cut Early Espresso 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Score one of the Early Espresso at 4 ¼ and 5 ¼. Fold on these score lines.
Cut:
Basic White 3 X 5 ¼
Evening Evergreen 3 X 5 ¼
Brown & White pinecone print from Painted Christmas ⅞ X 5 ¼
Evening Evergreen & Brown pinecone print from Painted Christmas 2 ¾ X 5
Attach ⅞ strip of print paper between the two score lines on the card front. Wrap the linen thread around this piece around the card base front over the print paper three times and knot.
Add a piece of tear & tape below the linen thread above the score line. Remove backing and attach card base front to card base back.
This is the book fold part of your card. Your card fold should look like this fold from the side.
Attach the 2 ¾ piece of Painted Christmas print paper to the Evening Evergreen paper. Attach these to the card front below the score line.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White card stock and attach inside of the card.
