This is a card you can use for many occasions. It would be a great birthday card. I am using it for graduation cards. This is a great design because you can make it to match school colors for graduation.

Card Base: Cut Pacific Point 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic Black paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut Whisper White paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛, also cut Pacific Point 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛.

Die cut stars from Pacific Point card front. Adhere die cut Pacific Point card front to Whisper White card front. Emboss these two papers with Absolutely Argyle embossing folder.

Stamp Celebrate with Pacific Point ink on Whisper White paper. Use Classic Label to punch out stamped sentiment with the Celebrate close to the left edge of the label. Attach label to lower right hand corner of card, cutting off label end so it is even with edge of Card front.

Attach embossed card front to Basic Black card mat. Attach these pieces to the card base.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.

I embossed the envelope flap with the same embossing folder I used for the card.
