My birthday is July 4th - it is fun to have a birthday on a day that everyone is already celebrating.

Card Base: Cut Real Red 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Front: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 ¼. Emboss card front with Pinewood Planks embossing folder. Attach to the card front.

Use three smallest stars from Stitched Stars, cut the smallest one from Pacific Point, next size up from white, and next one up in size from Real Red.

Cut two banner pieces, one Real Red and one Pacific Point Bonanza Dies. Attach banners to the top of the card.

Cut white strip ½ X 2 ½. Stamp sentiment with Real Red ink on white strip. Punch one end with Lovely Labels Pick A Punch. Cut strip of Pacific Point ¾ C 2 ½, punch one end with Lovely Labels Pick A Punch.

Attach white strip to Pacific Point strip. Attach these to the lower edge of the card front, leaving enough room on the left side of the card front for the red star. Attach red star to card front over edge of stamped sentiment strip. Attach Pacific Point star to white star. Attach these to the card front with dimensionals.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
