This confetti card uses the ice cream sequins to make a celebration card. There are so many reasons to send someone a celebration card.

Card Base: Cut Bermuda Bay 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Front: Cut the confetti print paper from the Ice Cream Corner paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8. Cut Daffodil Delight 4 X 5 /14. Attach confetti paper to the Daffodil Delight paper.

Stamp sentiment with Bermuda Bay ink on Basic White. Die cut with the scalloped rectangle that fits around the sentiment. Die cut the next size scallop rectangle from Bermuda Bay. Attach to the Bermuda Bay scalloped rectangle and then attach these rectangles to the card front.

Insert card front (Daffodil Delight/confetti paper) into clear envelope. Move the card front so it is against the bottom and 1 side of the clear envelope. Fold over the side of the envelope not against the card front, so the clear envelope is tight around the card front making sure the card front remains flat. I used a bone folder to get a flat fold on the clear envelope. Tape down this fold with tear & tape.

Add Ice Cream Corner sequins to the clear envelope in front of the card front. Fold the top of the clear envelope to the back of the card front and tape that edge with tear & tape. Add tear & tape on the back of the card front to the bottom and side that doesn’t have the tear & tape.

Remove backing from all four pieces of tear & tape and attach to the Bermuda Bay card front.

For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note.
