Embossed Expressions in Ink Anniversary card
I love the gold and white paper from Expressions in Ink, Embossing the paper adds something else to love to this paper.
Card Base: Cut Blackberry Bliss 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut gold & white striped paper from Expressions in Ink paper pack 4 X 5 ¼ . Emboss this piece with the embossing folder of your choice, I used the Bloom embossing folder. Attach embossed card front to the card base.
Stamp sentiment with Blackberry Bliss on Basic White, punch with the Everyday Label punch. Punch again from Blackberry Bliss. Cut the Blackberry Bliss punched piece in half, attach half pieces to each side of punched white sentiment. Attach this matted sentiment to the card front. Add 3 Gilded Gems to the sentiment.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
