Vellum can add so much to your cards. The trick is adhering it to your card front without the adhesive showing. When you emboss the vellum that can add enough to texture to hide your adhesive.

Card Base: Cut Balmy Blue 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Snowflake Splendor paper 4 X 5 ¼. Attach Snowflake Splendor mat to card base.

Card Front: Cut vellum paper 3 ¾ X 5. Emboss vellum with Winter Snow Embossing folder. Attach vellum centered over Snowflake Splendor card mat. I attached it with glue dots to the back of an embossed snowflake.

Use the 3 snowflake dies from So Many Snowflakes Die set. I cut the largest from Balmy Blue Glimmer paper, the next size from vellum, and the smallest from silver foil.

Die cut the longest die from Tasteful Labels dies from Whisper White. Stamp sentiment to far right of the label. Attach stamped label to card front. Attach the snowflakes to the far left of the stamped label. I used glue dots to attach snowflakes to card front.
