When you have this amazing array of product, the card pretty much makes itself.
Card Base: Cut Melon Mambo 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Rose Gold Foil paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Melon Mambo print with foil flowers paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
This rose gold foil is so pretty I didn't want to waste any of it. I cut two stitched shapes from foil mat before attaching it to my card front. The openings left in the foil mat are covered by the print paper you are using on card front.

Stamp sentiment with Melon Mambo ink.
Adhere foil mat to card front.
Adhere print card front to foil mat.
Adhere foil circle to card front. Attach stamped sentiment with dimensionals to foil circle.
