Expressions in Ink striped birthday card
The Expressions in Ink paper pack does all the work in making stunning cards
Card Base: Cut Pale Papaya 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut striped paper ½ X 5 ¼ . Cut floral paper 3 X 5 ¼
Attach gold stripe paper along the top edge of the white card mat. Stamp Happy Birthday with black ink on the right side of the card front just below the gold striped paper. Attach the floral paper along the lower edge of the white card mat. Attach card mat to card base. Add 3 gold metallic pearls to white area on the card front between the gold stripe paper and floral paper.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
