Feels Like Frost Glimmer Tree
The Feels Like Frost paper pack has papers that can add so much interest to your cards with little or no work on your part.
Card Base: Cut Balmy Blue 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Feels Like Frost paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛.
Attach card front to card mat and emboss with the Subtle embossing folder. Attach embossed card front/mat to card base.
Using the largest tree die in the Pine Wood Dies, cut one tree from Balmy Blue Glimmer paper and another tree from silver foil.
Attach the silver foil tree to the card front. Attach the Balmy Blue Glimmer tree with Stampin Dimensionals, offset the glimmer to the right of the silver tree (see picture).
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
To add some interest to my envelope, I stamped a Christmas tree from In The Pines stamp set on the front of my envelope with Balmy Blue ink.
