Floral Squares Celebrating card

The All Squared Away bundle is on sale in March. I used it to make this cute card. It was so easy.

Card Base: Cut Basic Black 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Real Red paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut Basic White paper 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Cut print paper 2 ¾ X 2 ¾.
Stamp sentiment from the All Squared Away stamp set on the front of white card front with Real Red ink. Attach the square of print paper above the sentiment (see picture as reference for placement).

Attach the stamped card front to the card mat. Attach card front/card mat to the card base.

Cut basic white 4 ½ X 4 ¾, this makes your white paper slightly larger than the size of the foam sheet so you don’t get adhesive on your cutting plate. Attach this basic white to a piece of foam adhesive sheet. This allows you to cut all four of the floral squares at once. Die cut the floral squares, placing the die squares on white card stock side of the adhesive. Die cut the small flowers in the die from Real Red.

Remove the backing from the die cut floral square. Attach white floral square to the center of the print paper on the card front. Attach the red flower piece to the floral square. Add 3 Iridescent Rhinestones to the card front.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp the sentiment from the All Squared Away stamp set and attach a ½” strip of print paper before attaching this piece inside your card.
