Flower Fold

This is a fun fold card that can be opened from the side or from the top. This pretty card can be used for many occasions.

Card Base: Cut Melon Mambo paper 4 1/4 X 8 1/2. Score 3" down from top.

Card Front pieces:
Cut Smokey Slate 3 1/2 X 4 3/4

Cut Melon Mambo 3 1/4 X 4 1/2

Cut Petal Promenade 3 X 4 1/4.

Fold Melon Mambo card base at score line.

Adhere Melon Mambo card front piece to Smokey Slate. Adhere Petal paper to Melon Mambo.

Card Insert:

Cut Whisper White 4 X 5 1/4.

If your card will open from top (vertical card) stamp your sentiment with insert in vertical placement. If your card will open from side, as pictured (horizontal card) stamp your sentiment with insert in horizontal placement.

Stamp sentiment of your choice on card insert with sentiment near center top of insert.

Place strip of tear & tape on back of insert at bottom. Starting and ending at back wrap metallic thread 3 times around bottom of card insert.

Adhere card front to card base.

Adhere card front Melon Mambo base centered so that metallic thread at bottom of card insert shows.
