Forever Greenery Sympathy Card
The Forever Greenery paper pack is beautiful. I added one of the Forever Gold Laser Cut embellishments to the top of stitched label. I choose to add a sympathy sentiment, but this design would work for other kinds of cards.
Card Base: Cut Garden Green 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Pear Pizzazz paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Print paper paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛. Attach card front to card mat, attach these to card base.
Die cut white nested label. I used the 3rd largest die in the set of stitched nested labels. Stamp sentiment with Garden Green ink, leaving more space at top of label to allow for placement of gold leaf embellishment. Attach stamped stitched label to card front.
Attach gold leaf embellishment to the top of the label. I used dots of liquid glue to attach it. Add a Gilded Gem to the bottom of the stamped label.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
