The colors in the Friendly Hello paper pack seem to say Spring is almost here. I paired the papers with the Layering Designs Vellum.

Card Base: Cut Fresh Freesia 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Pool Party paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut stripe paper from the Friendly Hello paper pack 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach the stripe card front to the Pool Party card mat. Attach these to the Fresh Freesia card base.

Use the 2nd largest scallop die in the Scallop Contours die set to cut a scallop rectangle from Layering Vellum paper.

Use the Stitched Rectangles to cut 2 stitched rectangles from the Fresh Freesia dotted paper in the Friendly Hello paper pack. I laid the stamps on the rectangle dies to determine which rectangle dies to use. Stamp Happy & Birthday on the two stitched rectangle dies with black ink.

Attach the two stamped rectangles to the vellum scallop with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Put glue on the back of the vellum behind the rectangles, this allows you to add glue and not have it show through the vellum. Attach vellum scallop with the stamped rectangles to the card front. Add 3 Fresh Freesia In Color Jewels to the vellum.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
