Friendly Hello Thanks
One of my favorite dies in the January June mini catalog is the Amazing Thanks die set. I send a lot of Thank You cards and this die set has the word “thanks” in two sizes to be used together.
Card Base: Cut Crumb Cake 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.
Card Front: Cut Petal Pink & White floral print from the Friendly Hello paper pack 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛
Cut a piece of Crumb Cake 1 ¼ X 4. I used the Tailored Tag punch to punch a banner end to the right end of this piece.
Cut a piece of Whisper White 1 ¼ X 3 ½, attach adhesive sheet to the back. Die cut the large Thanks from die in the Amazing Thanks Die set.
Cut a piece of the Petal Pink & White floral print from the Friendly Hello paper pack 1 ¼ X 3 ½, attach adhesive sheet to the back. Die cut the smaller Thanks from die in the Amazing Thanks Die set. Attach the floral print Thanks to the white Thank. Attach these Thanks to the Crumb Cake banner piece. Attach the Crumb Cake banner to the left side of the card front ½’ from the bottom of the card front.
Attach the card front to the white mat, attach these to the Crumb Cake card base.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
