Fruit Salad Gratitude card
This a great way to show both sides of your pretty paper. The fruit salad paper is so fun and works great with this technique.

Card Base: Cut Real Red 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic Black 4 X 5 ¼.
Card Front: Cut Basic White 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Cut Watermelon print paper from Fruit Salad paper pack 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Stamp sentiment from Memorable Blooms with Basic Black ink in the lower right corner of the Basic White card front.
Lay the Watermelon print paper over the Basic White card front. Fold up the lower right corner of the Watermelon paper until you can see the stamped sentiment. Attach the Watermelon paper over the stamped white card front so the folded up corner shows the stamped image. Use a Stampin’ Dimensional behind the folded up corner to keep the folded up corner in place.
Attach the white stamped card front with watermelon paper to the Basic Black card mat. Attach these card pieces to the Real Red card base. Attach 3 red Iridescent Adhesive-Backed Discs to the white part of the card front.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert.

Envelope Flap: Cut Watermelon print paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.

This is a second card I made using the same directions. Card base is Real Red, card mat is Granny Apple Green, print paper is apple print from Fruit Salad paper pack.
