God is Love
I love making cards for my family to send out. My sister asked for Easter cards with a religious theme. This card could be used for lots of reasons, especially to remind someone they are loved.
Card Base: Cut 8 ½ X 11 Rich Razzleberry paper in half lengthwise. You now have two pieces 4 ¼ X 11. Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Early Espresso paper 4 X 5 ¼
Card Front: Cut Very Vanilla paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
Use cross die to cut cross from Wood Textures paper
Stamp leaves background in Garden Green ink with largest stamp in Falling Flowers stamp set. Stamp to the upper right hand side of the Very Vanilla card front.
stamp God is Love on Very Vanilla scrap with Rich Razzleberry ink. Cut out with banner die
Emboss left side of Very Vanilla card front with embossing folder. I put folder on paper so it lined up just to the left of my stamped image.
Attach God Is Love banner below stamped leave image.
Adhere Very Vanilla card front to card mat.
Adhere card front & card mat to card base.
Attach cross to card front, I used dimensionals to pop up the cross a little bit
