Growth Takes Time Sympathy card

The beautiful tree on the front of this card is from the Growth Takes Time stamp set. I paired with the Radiating Stitches Die and a sentiment from Ginkgo Branch stamp set.

Card Base: Cut Evening Evergreen 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Soft Succulent print paper from Texture Chic 4 X 5 ¼. Attach to the front of the card base.

Card Front: Cut Evening Evergreen 2 ¾ X 4 ⅛. Use the 2nd largest die in the Radiating Stitches die set to cut the card front from Basic White. Stamp tree from Growth Takes Times and sentiment from Ginkgo Branch with Evening Evergreen ink on the white die cut piece. Attach the stamped piece to Evening Evergreen mat with Stampin dimensionals. Attach both pieces to the center of card math. Add 3 Brushed Metallic Adhesive-Backed Dots.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp the small tree from Growth Takes Time with Evening Evergreen ink in the lower left hand corner. Stamp sentiment from Eden’s Garden with Evening Evergreen ink on the card insert. Attach insert inside the card base.
