Hand Penned Celebrating
Stamping on the print paper is another way to use your stamps.
Card Base: Cut Cinnamon Cider 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut print paper from Hand-Penned 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛.
Cut stripe print paper from Hand-Penned ¾ X 5 ⅛. Stamp sentiment with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on the stripe print paper. Cut Basic Black ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach stamped stripe print paper to Basic Black strip. Attach these papers to card front ¼” from the bottom of the print paper.
Attach card front to Basic White card mat. Attach these to card base.
Attach three Genial Gems to card front about the stamped strip.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
