Hand Penned Fun Fold card
This is a fun fold card that uses small pieces of print paper. The center strip could be decorated in a number of ways, depending on the type of card you are making.
Card Base: See diagram in photo for reference. Cut Misty Moonlight 8 ½ X 11 paper in half lengthwise. Take one 4 ¼ X 11 piece, cut off 1 ¾ from one end, save this piece for the card front. Score 1 ⅞ from each end. Fold at each end on the score line, make it a crisp fold.
Card Mat: Cut two pieces of Basic Black 1 ¾ X 4 ⅛.
Card Front: Cut two pieces of Hand Penned print paper 1 ⅝ X 4
Cut one piece of Basic White 1 ½ X 4
Attach print papers to black mats. Attach these piece to folded ends of card.
Stamp birdhouse pole with black ink to center of Basic white piece. Stamp grass at the base of the pole with Garden Green ink. Stamp birdhouse on wood print paper from the In Good Taste paper pack. Fussy cut around the birdhouse.
Attach the stamped white piece to the Misty Moonlight piece you cut off from the end of the card base. Attach this piece to the TOP part only of the folded card front ½ from the left side of the card front. Attach the fussy cut birdhouse to white center strip with dimensionals.
Attach white card insert inside of the card front. Stamp “Birthday Wishes” on card insert to right of birdhouse panel.
