Happy Spring Tulips
I love tulips, a true sign that spring is on the way. I used papers from Pleased As Punch, a delightful paper pack that is available for a limited time.
Card Base: Cut Smokey Slate Card Base: Cut 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut plaid paper from Pleased As Punch paper pack 4 X 5 1/4
Adhere plaid paper card front to Smokey Slate card base.
Cut the largest label in the Stitched Nested Labels from Whisper White paper.
Stamp sentiment with Pear Pizzazz ink at top of white label you die cut.
Punch 3 tulips and 3 leaves from tulip paper in the Pleased As Punch paper pack.
Attach 1 leaf to each tulip. Attach tulips to base of white label, I used dimensionals to attach the bottom left tulip.
Attach white label to card front. Attach sequins to white label.
That's it, you have finished your card front. Wasn't that easy? Cut a piece of 4 X 5 1/4 Whisper White paper to stamp a sentiment for inside of your card or to write a note in your card. Attach this white piece inside your card.
