Heart in Soft Sea Foam
I don't usually think of this soft green color when I think of Valentines. This pretty paper from the All My Love Designer Series Paper makes it work though. If you change up the sentiment in the heart, it would be a great card for a wedding or an anniversary.
Card Base: Cut Soft Sea Foam 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut paper from All My Love Designer Series Paper 3 3/4 X 5 1/4
Place the strip piece in the Be Mine stitched framelits along the bottom length of white mat. Run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the pretty print paper to the whisper white mat, allowing the scalloped edge to show below print paper.
Adhere this piece to card front.
Cut white heart using Be Mine stitched framelits, stamp with Flirty Flamingo ink. If you don't want this to be a Valentine card, you could stamp it with the "Meant to Be" stamp in the same stamp set as the Valentine greeting.
Cut stitched heart shape that fits around white heart from Soft Sea Foam paper. Adhere stamped heart to Soft Sea Foam heart. Adhere this heart piece to card front with dimensionals.
