The pretty paper from All My Love designer series paper in the Occasions 2019 catalog does all the work for this card. Look close I added a few Heart Epoxy Droplets to the card front. While this would make a great Valentine card, it could also be an anniversary card.
Card Base: Cut Basic Black 8 ½ X 11 paper in half lengthwise. You now have two pieces 4 ¼ X 11. Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Flirty Flamingo paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut heart paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
Adhere heart paper to Flirty Flamingo card mat.
Adhere this piece to card front.
Adhere heart epoxy droplets to card front.
You are done, wasn't that easy?
