This fun birthday card uses the Just Sayin' stamp set from the new SU Occassions catalog.

cut piece of 8 1/2 X 11 summer starfruit in half vertically so card base measures 4 1/4 X 11.

fold in half

stamp sayings for front of card from Just Sayin' stamp set

use word bubble framelits to cut out stamped images

cut piece of sahara sand cardstock 1 X 4 1/4 "

emboss strip with decorative dots embossing folder

cut piece of Sweet Sorbet designer series paper 4 1/4 X 3"

attach to bottom of card front

cut a 5" piece of each color of twine from Sweet Sorbet accessory pack

wrap around length of sahara sand card stock; attach with adhesive

attach to card front at top of designer series paper

attach hey there saying at top of card

attach You're how old? saying at bottom right hand corner of card front

cut whisper white card stock; 4 X 5 1/4.

attach to inside of card

emboss the envelope flap with the decorative dots folder.

It gives the recipient a hint of what is to come with the card inside :)
