First - how cute is this card? It is also a card you can use up those scraps of print paper.

Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Old Olive paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut paper 3 ¾ X 5 grid paper from Well Suited Designer Series Paper.

I used a Stamparatus to stamp everything at one time. I used Night of Navy ink to stamp all images. Stamp greeting in upper right and corner of the mat print card front. Stamp balloon and both dogs on print paper. I used papers from the Ice Cream Corner paper pack. You could use any paper scraps. Fussy cut (cut closely) around the balloon and both dogs.

Attach grid card front to Old Olive card mat. Attach these to the Navy card base. Attach both cut out dogs to the card front with dimensionals. Cut 2 ½ of bakers twine and attach to the back of the balloon, I used tear & tape. Attach the balloon to the left of the stamped sentiment with dimensionals. I threaded the twine behind one of the dogs.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
