The neutral paper from Brightly Gleaming paper paired with other neutral colors makes for a great masculine card.
Card Base: Cut Merry Merlot 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Very Vanilla paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Navy & Vanilla print from the Brightly Gleaming paper pack 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛. Attach card front to card mat. Attach these to the card base.
Die cut the Very Vanilla label and Merry Merlot label with the Peek-A-Hoot dies. The dies for these labels are attached. I cut both dies at the same time, see picture.
Stamp sentiment on Very Vanilla label. Attach Very Vanilla label to Merry Merlot label, making sure the ribbon slot in each label aligns. Cut 3” of braided linen trim and attach to both labels.
Attach labels to the card front with dimensionals.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
