Love Notes Blue Valentine
Love Notes designer paper pack makes it easy to make fun valentines.
Card Base: Cut Azure Afternoon 5 ½ X 8 ½. Fold in half so the card front measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.
Card Front: Cut Blue Plaid paper from Love Notes Designer Series Paper 3 ¾ X 5. Attach the Blue Plaid paper to the white card mat and emboss both papers with the Forever Plaid 3D embossing folder. Attach the embossed card mat/card front to the Azure Afternoon card base.
Use the rectangle die from the Texture Notes die set that measures 1 ¼ X 2 ¾ to cut the heart balloon from paper in the Love Notes Designer Series. Use the next size larger die from the Texture Notes die set to cut a rectangle from Basic White. Use Stampin Dimensionals to attach the balloon die cut piece to the Basic White rectangle. Attach both rectangles to the lower right corner of the card front. Add 3 silver embellishments from Adhesive-Backed Metallic Gems to the card front.
Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
Envelope Flap: After cutting paper for your card front you will have a piece of blue plaid paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
