How pretty is this card? I think my favorite part is the sentiment. I made this card for a fellow Stampin' Up demonstrator who reached an amazing career sales number. There are so many reasons we can celebrate others. Find a reason and send them a card.
Card Base: Cut Petal Pink 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Champagne Foil paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Parisian Blossoms paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
I like to get the most from my foil papers. This is a tip to save when using foil for a mat.
Cut the inside from the foil piece used as your mat. I leave an 1/2 width around the outside.
Attach foil mat to card base.
Cut 8" of ribbon. This ribbon is soft and great to use because you tie a knot in it without adding a bump to your card. This is helpful when mailing cards.
Knot one end of ribbon leaving enough ribbon on right side of knot to attach on back of card front.
Attach ribbon to card front by attach ribbon to back of Parisian Blossoms card front.
Stamp sentiment on Whisper White paper with Petal Pink ink. Die cut sentiment with die from Stitched So Sweetly dies.
Attach die cut sentiment over ribbon to card front. Attach Champagne rhinestones to die cut sentiment.
