May Paper Pumpkin Alternate card #1
The May 2021 Paper Pumpkin is a fun baseball theme kit. This alternate cards uses pieces from that kit.,
Card Base: Cut Real Red 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼, emboss with Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder. Attach to the card base.
Card Front: Cut Pacific Point paper 1 ½ X 5. Cut off the striped envelope flap, cut the envelope flap 1 ¾ X 5. Attach the envelope flap piece to the Pacific Point piece. Attach to the embossed card front at an angle.
Use Hat Builder Dies to cut a hat from Real Red and front piece for hat from Pacific Point. Stamp word for center of hat front with stamp from Paper Pumpkin kit. Add front piece and stamped word to front of hat. Attach the red hat to the upper part of Pacific Point piece on the card front with dimensionals in your kit.
Use a glue dot from your kit to attach a bat from your kit at an angle on the lower portion of Pacific Point on the card front. Attach a baseball from your kit over the bat with dimensionals.
