Mediterranean Blooms in Blue Birthday card

The Mediterranean Blooms has beautiful papers that focus on gorgeous lemons and oranges. Don’t be distracted by that and turn the papers over to find these lovely blue and white prints. They will work with all kinds of cards.

Card Base: Cut Night of Navy 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut blue & white print from Mediterranean Blooms print paper 3 ¾ X 5. Attach print paper to the white mat and attach these to the front of the Navy card base.

Cut Night of Navy 3 X 4 ¼. Cut Basic White 2 ⅞ X 4 ⅛. Emboss the white paper with the Cute Crochet Embossing Folder. Attach the embossed white piece to the Night of Navy. Attach both pieces to the center of the card front.

Use Unbounded Love die to cut a Night Of Navy label that will act as a mat and a smaller white label to fit inside the Night of Navy Label. Stamp sentiment from Unbounded Love stamp set with Night of Navy ink. Attach the stamped white label to the Night of Navy label.

Attach labels to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Add 3 Navy Opal Rounds to the card front.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 5 ¼. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from Unbounded Love with Night of Navy ink before attaching this piece inside your card.
