Nature’s Sweetness Sympathy Card

Nature’s Sweetness is a beautiful suite of products. It is easy to add layers to the card with die cut papers.

Card Base: Cut Pecan Pie 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.

Card Front: Cut Pecan Pie print from Nature’s Sweetness paper pack 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach the card front to the white card mat. Emboss with the Exposed Brick embossing folder. Attach to the Pecan Pie card base.

Punch a mat from Pecan Pie cardstock with the Heartfelt Hexagon punch. Emboss with the Exposed Brick embossing folder.

Use the label die in the Lovely & Sweet dies to cut a label from. Basic White. Stamp sentiment from Lovely & Sweet stamp set with Pecan Pie ink. Attach the stamped label to the embossed Pecan Pie mat with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use the Lovely & Sweet dies to cut three floral images from Nature’s Sweetness paper pack. Attach the two largest images to the card front, see picture of card for placement.

Attach the smallest floral cut out to the bottom of the stamped label. I added a Stampin Dimensional to the back of this smaller floral piece. Glue the label/mat/floral cut out to the card front.

Add 3 Adhesive-Backed Cork Rounds to the card front.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4). Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from WIld Ferns stamp set with Pecan Pie ink before attaching this piece inside your card.

Envelope Flap: Cut print paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
