Otterly Adorable Deckle Circle card

Otterly Adorable is a new suite of products available from Stampin’ Up! It is so cute. I used the products to make a birthday card.

Card Base: Cut Pool Party 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Front:
Use the Deckle Circle dies to cut a 1 ¾ circle from Basic White, a 3 ¼ circle from paper in the Otterly Adorable Designer Series Paper and a 3 ½ circle from Pool Party.

Cut the Pool Party water image from the Otterly Adorable Designer Series Paper 4 X 5 ¼. Use the So Swirly embossing folder to emboss this paper and the Pool Party Deckle circle you die cut.

Attach the embossed Pool Party paper from the Otterly Adorable Designer Series Paper to the Pool Party card base. Attach the Deckle circle of Designer Series paper to the embossed Pool Party circle with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Attach these circles to the top center of the embossed card front.

Use the Otterly Amazing dies to cut two Pretty Peacock and two Pool Party leaves.

Attach the four leaves together with glue dots at the bottom portion of the leaves. Attach the leaves to the lower left corner of the embossed card front with some of the leaves going over the die cut circles. Stamp the sentiment from the Otterly Amazing stamp set with Pretty Peacock ink on the smallest white Deckle circle. Attach the stamped circle to the lower right corner of the embossed card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals. Attach 3 Riverside Irregular Pearls to the card front.

Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from Attention Shoppers with Pretty Peacock ink before attaching this piece inside your card.

Envelope Flap: Cut print paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
