Paper Flip Landscape card
Can't decide on which side of your pretty paper to use? This card layout lets you use both sides.
Card Base: Cut So Saffron 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut paper 4 X 5 1/4
With card front lengthwise, cut 2 3/4 across the paper. You now have two pieces, one is 1 1/4 X 5 1/4, the other is 2 3/4 X 5 1/4.
Attach the narrow piece and the smaller of the two prints to top of card front, leaving about 1/8" at top and sides (see card picture)
Attach second piece using the other side of the paper directly under the piece you attached to card base.
Stamp sentiment on Whisper White paper. Punch out with 1 1/2" circle punch. Punch out 2" circle from So Saffron paper.
Attach Whisper white stamped circle to So Saffron circle. Attach this to card front with dimensionals.
That's it; you have finished your card front. Wasn't that easy? Cut a piece of 4 X 5 1/4 Whisper White paper to stamp a sentiment for inside of your card or to write a note in your card. Attach this white piece inside your card.
