Paper Flip Portrait card
Can't decide which side of the paper you want to use? This card design lets you show both sides of the paper.
Card Base: Cut Old Olive 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut Tropical Oasis paper 4 X 5 1/4
Cut 3 1/2 off paper, you now have a piece that measure 3 1/4 X 4 1/4 and a piece that measures 1 3/4 X 4 1/4
Use picture as guide - attach the 3 1/2 piece to card front with about 1/8 inch on each side and top of card front. Now attach the smaller piece on the other side of print to bottom of piece attached to card front.
Stamp sentiment with black ink on Whisper White paper. Punch out stamped sentiment with 1 1/2" circle punch. Punch out Old Olive circle from 2" punch.
Attach Whisper White punched sentiment to Old Olive circle. Attach this card front with dimensionals.
That's it; you have finished your card front. Wasn't that easy? Cut a piece of 4 X 5 1/4 Whisper White paper to stamp a sentiment for inside of your card or to write a note in your card. Attach this white piece inside your card.
