Plaid TIdings Thanksgiving
This plaid speaks autumn to me paired with my favorite color; Blackberry Bliss.
Card Base: Cut Blackberry Bliss 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Bumblebee paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Plaid Tidings paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛. Save the 2 ⅜ X 6 piece that is left from the 6 X 6 plaid paper to use for the envelope flap.
Attach plaid card front to Bumblebee card mat. Attach these to Blackberry Bliss card base.
Cut strip of Whisper White 1 ½ X 5, punch one end with Banner Triple punch.
Cut strip of Blackberry Bliss 2 X 5 ¼, punch one end with Banner Triple punch.
Stamp straight end of Whisper White banner punch piece with “happy” in Bumblebee ink.
Cut piece of Blackberry Bliss paper 1 ¼ X 4. Place an adhesive sheet on the back of the Blackberry Bliss paper. Die cut Thanksgiving using Word Wishes dies. Peel off adhesive back and attach Thanksgiving to white banner.
Attach white banner to Blackberry Bliss banner. Attach to card front with dimensionals.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
