Pool Party Poppy
I love the Peaceful Poppies Paper pack, each piece of paper makes card making easy. The papers are so pretty.
Card Base: Cut Pool Party 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic Black paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Pool Party print from Peaceful Poppies paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8
Cut strip of Pool Party stripe from Peaceful Poppies paper 1 1/2 X 3 7/8
A paper saving tip: Before you begin to assemble your card pieces, punch out a piece from the Timeless Label punch. Cut this piece in half. See picture.
Attach striped piece to flower card front. Attach this piece to Basic Black mat. Attach these pieces to Pool Party card base.
Stamp sentiment of your choice on Whisper White paper. Punch out with Timeless Label punch. Attach 1 half of black label piece to back of stamped label on each end. Attach this to card front with dimensionals.
That's it; you have finished your card front. Wasn't that easy? Cut a piece of 4 X 5 1/4 Whisper White paper to stamp a sentiment for inside of your card or to write a note in your card. Attach this white piece inside your card.
