Rainbow Glimmer Celebration
I used the new Rainbow Glimmer for the card front. It is so pretty and the white flowers really popped against it.
Card Base: Cut Magenta Madness 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut Rainbow Glimmer paper 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛
Die Cut Flower bouquet from Whisper White using Banner Blooms die. You only need the top part of the floral bouquet. Die cut from the banner piece up on the die.
Attach the floral piece to the upper left side of the Rainbow Glimmer card front (I used multipurpose glue). Trim off any part of the flowers that hang over the edge.
Attach Rainbow Glimmer card front to Whisper White card mat. Attach this to the Magenta card base.
Stamp sentiment with Magenta Madness ink on Whisper White paper. Die cut with the smallest label die in Hippo & Friends dies. Attach stamped label in lower right hand corner of card front. Attach rhinestone to label.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
