cut a piece of designer series paper 3 1/2" X 5 inches
cut a piece whisper white 2" X 3 "
use tag punch to punch top of tag
stamp saying {sending good thoughts your way} with coastal cabana ink
cut ribbon 4 1/2 "
thread ribbon through tag
attach ribbon to back of paper cut in step one; so that tags hangs in the center
attach paper with ribbon and tag to front of notecard
cut flower from pieces of Sweet Sorbet paper; attach under tag; add rhinestone to center of flower
cut flower from pieces of Sweet Sorbet paper; attach under tag; add rhinestone to center of flower
