Simply Elegant Sympathy Card

There is so much to love about the Simply Elegant paper pack. One side has a metallic sheen, the other side is a matte finish. I chose to use the matte side for this sympathy card.

Card Base: Cut Blackberry Bliss 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Very Vanilla paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut print paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛. Attach the print paper to the Vanilla mat. Attach these to the card front.

Stamp sentiment with Blackberry ink on Very Vanilla, punch out with the Elegant Tag Punch. Attach stamped, punched piece to card front with Stampin Dimensionals.

Cut Very Vanilla 4 X 5 1/4. Stamp sentiment with Blackberry ink. Cut a strip of the same print paper used on the card front 1/2 X 5 1/4, attach to the top of the card insert 1/4 from the top of the card insert.
