Snowman in Real Red

How cute is this snowman? I would always prefer to do a little fussy cutting (cutting around an image on print paper) than coloring an image. The sparkle on the snowman that comes on the paper also adds to the charm of this card.

Card Base: Cut Real Red 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Whisper White paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut Let It Snow Designer paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/8

Adhere Card Front Designer Series Paper to Whisper White mat. Attach these to Real Red card front.

Use largest stitched oval to cut oval from Whisper White paper.

Cut oval using layering oval that is just larger than the white oval from Real Red paper.

Fussy Cut (cut around image) snowman from Let Is Snow Designer Series Paper.

Stamp Let It Snow sentiment at the lower edge of the stitched white oval.

Place snowman on stitched white oval and make a small pencil mark where stick arms should come from snowman.

Use journaling pen to draw stick arms on Whisper White stitched oval.

Attach Whisper White oval to Real Red oval, attach these to card front.

Attach fussy cut snowman over stick arms with Stampin Dimensionals.

And your cute card is complete!
