Spooky banner

A Halloween banner to set the tone of your celebration.

follow the directions in the Build a Banner Kit from Stampin' Up! to fill a Stampin' Spritzer.

spritz background; while banner pieces are drying assemble rosettes from the Halloween Banner Accessory Kit

Use the stencils from the Build a Banner kit and daubers to ink the letters on the banner pieces.

I used red sticky tape to add rosettes and die cut accents from the Halloween Banner kit to the banner pieces.

Thread jute through grommets in banners, tie ribbon pieces between the banners
