Thank You in Flowers for Every Season

The floral prints in the Flowers for Every Season make great cards. You can mix and match florals with prints.

I included ribbon and ink colors for these the cards shown. There are a variety of cards that can be made using papers in this Suite. Some of those cards will need other ribbons and inks in the 2020-2022 In Colors.

Card Base: Cut 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut White paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut floral paper paper 3 X 5 ⅛
Cut coordinating print paper 1 X 5 1/4

Attach these two pieces to white card mat. Cut ribbon 6”, attach ribbon to card front over where two papers meet and wrap ribbon around card front.

Stamp sentiment on White paper with ink color matching card base and ribbon. Punch out stamped sentiment with Story Label punch. Attach matching enamel dot on punched label. Attach punched label over ribbon on card front.

That’s it; you have finished your card front. Wasn’t that easy? For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.

Stamp floral border on envelope flap.
