Thinking of You Magnolia Lane

Thinking of you magnolia lane

I have been sending a lot of Thinking of You cards lately. It is a good way to reach out to someone to let them know they are not alone. This card uses a shortcut. I stamped the sentiment on a Magnolia Lane Memories & More card.

Card Base: Cut 8 ½ X 11 paper in half width wise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.

Card Mat: Cut Mossy Meadow paper 4 X 5 1/4

Card Front: Cut Whisper White paper 3 7/8 X 5 1/4. Emboss this piece with Layered Leaves embossing folder.

Wrap Mossy Meadow linen thread around the lower edge of the card front twice, attaching it to the back of the card front.

Stamp sentiment with Mossy Meadow ink on a Memories & More card. Attach this stamped card to your card front above the linen thread.

That's it; you have finished your card front. Wasn't that easy? Cut a piece of 4 X 5 1/4 Whisper White paper to stamp a sentiment for inside of your card or to write a note in your card. Attach this white piece inside your card.
