Tidings of Christmas stripe card
The Tidings of Christmas paper pack has a great selection of larger and smaller prints, perfect for pairing together.
Card Base: Cut Evening Evergreen 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Soft Succulent paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut paper 3¾ X 5. Cut stripe print ¾ X 5. Cut Evening Evergreen ⅞ X 5. Attach stripe paper to one length of Evening Evergreen. Attach this piece to the left side of the card front print paper. Attach this piece to the card mat. Attach card mat/card front to the card base.
Stamp sentiment with Evening Evergreen ink on Basic White, punch out with Label Me Fancy punch. With Everyday Label punch, make a mat from Soft Succulent paper for the punched sentiment. Attach the Soft Succulent punched piece to the lower right edge of the card front. Attach the punched white sentiment to the Soft Succulent mat. Add 3 red rhinestones.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
