True Love card
The True Love paper pack is all black and white. That makes it such a versatile paper pack. I used Real Red with the black and white paper pack.
Card Base: Cut Real Red 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut white paper 4 X 5 1/4
Card Front: Cut True Love paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛. Attach card front to card mat.
Cut 6” of black glitter ribbon and attach tear & tape to the back of the ribbon. Remove backing from tear & tape on the back of the ribbon. Carefully add a silver heart over the ribbon, having it in the center. Attach glitter ribbon to card front/card mat at lower edge, wrapping ribbon around the back of the card mat.
Die cut “love” from real red paper. I attach an adhesive sheet to the back of real red paper before die cutting. Die cut Love shadow from vellum paper. Peel adhesive from back of the real red Love and attach it to the vellum shadow. Attach Love to right side of heart.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp a sentiment or write a note before attaching this piece inside your card.
